The florists’ job is highly skilled. You are poised between a clear understanding of your customers’ needs, an insight into the ever-changing fashions and trends, and the rather more technical side of managing your stock cost-effectively and profitably.
We work with all kinds of florists – big, small, specialist and high-street - but they all share an understanding of quality, a passion for creating something beautifully appropriate and the kind of discerning customers who appreciate their work.
Many of our customers like to visit our spacious warehouse in Leeds – the hub of our operations – and see the sheer variety and quality for themselves. We enjoy the opportunity to show them the stems in person, they are always astonished at the freshness and variety.
We like you to ask us questions, challenge us, ask advice, give us your feedback and keep us posted – you are the people who see the customers day to day – so we appreciate your insights.
One of the advantages of having such a seamless and efficient source and supply system is that it gives us plenty of time to talk to you. We like our clients to be able to call on us for helpful advice, knowledgeable insights into changing trends and new products - we are full of tips and information.
